	* objcdoc.in: first stage of parser and backend rewrite completed

	  All of the core features of ObjcDoc 2.8 are now implemented,
	  the new version is more modular (and actually maintainable),
	  smaller and faster. Still missing is: filtering through CPP,
	  HTML frames view and the Java applet (won't be implemented).

	* Makefile, configure.in, objcdoc.spec: updated for version 3.0.0
